Das Karl-Rahner-Archiv in München
Blick in das Karl Rahner Archiv
Das Karl-Rahner-Archiv (KRA) ist eine internationale Forschungseinrichtung des Jesuitenordens. Es ist damit beauftragt, den wissenschaftlichen Nachlaß Karl Rahners (1904-1984) zu sichern, zu bewahren, zu erschließen und für die künftige Forschung bereitzustellen. Es umfaßt einschließlich bestandsergänzender Sammlungen ca. 120 Laufmeter.
1985 eingerichtet – zuerst am Jesuitenkolleg Innsbruck, wo Karl Rahner zuletzt gelebt und gearbeitet hatte, dann an der dortigen Theologischen Fakultät –, ist es seit Februar 2008 in München untergebracht und als eigenständige Abteilung dem Archiv der Deutschen Provinz der Jesuiten eingegliedert:
